| 摘 要： | 在当今城镇化浪潮中,我国中小城镇建设面临诸多困境与制约因素。本文着重在统筹中小城镇发展、经济社会协调带动、体制机制保障等方面进行了研究,并提出了一些对策措施,以期为中小城镇建设提供参考借鉴。

| Abstract: | Currently on the process of urbanized fever, the construction of small and medium-sized cities and towns confronts many troubles and limited factors. This paper attaches great attention to the research on planing a whole development of small and medium-sized cities and towns, harmonious promotion of economical society, systematic and institutional guarantee etc, and puts forward some policies for the purpose of construction of small and medium-sized cities and towns. |
