纳米复合膜相变微胶囊的制备及性质

摘    要:相变微胶囊作为储能材料逐渐引起人们广泛的关注,提高相变微胶囊的强度和密封性以期延长使用寿命是一个重要的课题.本文以正十四烷为芯材,采用原位聚合法,制备出了TiO2纳米粒子填充壁膜相变微胶囊,用ICP,IR,SEM等方法对其进行了表征.试验结果表明微胶囊壁膜里加入纳米粒子后微胶囊机械强度和密封性都得到了改善.

Abstract:Tetradecane was used as core material and polymer based nanocomposites were used as wall material.A kind of microcapsules with urea-formaldehyde resin based composites filled with nano-TiO_2 particles in the wall was prepared by in-situ polymerization.ICP,IR and SEM were used to characterize the nanoparticles' quality of wall,and so on.As showed by the test,the mechanical strength and seal properties of microcapsules were improved greatly by adding nanoparticles to the wall of microcapsules.
