| 摘 要： | 综述了典型微晶玻璃的组成及相应的主晶相, 制备方法和主要性能,包括力学、热学和电学性能;简单介绍了微晶玻璃在电子元件中的三类典型应用,即作为电子封接材料,厚膜电路用基片材料和硬盘用基板材料。
