| 摘 要： | 传统的稿件处理和管理系统由手工完成，浪沸了大量的人力，物力，而且不利于工作效率的提高和管理水平的提升。由“电子邮件”方式取代“信函”方式的稿件收发处理，由“电子文档”取代传统的“纸张”方式的稿件档案管理，已经成为发展趋势，本文以稿件日常业务处理为主线索，介绍了适用于编辑部出版编辑和稿件处理的稿件管理系统，针对系统的网络结构，系统结构，模块划分，设计方法进行了阐述。
