旋振筛的空间运动轨迹及物料运动规律研究

通过对旋振筛进行动力学和运动学分析，指出旋振筛筛面的空间运动轨迹是一条椭圆曲线。并且对筛面上的物料运动情况进行了分析研究，得到了物料魂轨迹近似于一条螺线。通过实验测试验证了理论分析与实验结果的一致性。

ROTARY VIBRATING SCREEN VIBRATION PATH ANALYSIS AND STUDY FOR THE MATERIALS MOTION LAW ON THE SCREEN SURFACE

Through the deepening dynamic and motion analysis of vibrating screen,it was pointed Out that vi-brating path of screen surface was a spatial ellipse curve. Therefore, the paper was analysed kinematics of the sin-gle particle on screen surface at any point. The results shown that the relative motion of single particle is approxi-mately a spiral. It was proved that theoretical analyses are consistent with these results by testing and measuring.
