抗高温低密度水泥浆体系的研究

摘    要:室内确定了一种适用于热采井(井深约2000m,蒸汽驱时温度为350℃)的抗高温低密度水泥浆体系。该水泥浆体系密度在1.40-1.60g/cm3之间可调;失水量低;低温(40℃)养护后,早期强度大于15MPa,远高于一般的低密度水泥浆体系;高温(350℃)养护后,水泥石强度仍大于10MPa,体现了其优异的抗高温强度衰退性能。同时对该体系的降失水、调凝,增加早期强度和抗高温的作用机理作了初步的探讨。

Abstract:A high temperature tolerable lightweight cement slurry system is designed for heated recovery well with depth of 2000m, and temperature as high as 350 C during steam flooding. The density of this system is adjustable between the range of 1. 40 to 1. 60 g/cm3, with low filtration. Its early strength reaches as high as 15 MPa after aging at 40 C, and after aging in 350 C environment, its strength remains over 10 MPa. The mechanism on its fluid loss reducing, thickening adjustment, early strength improvement and high temperature tolerance are also investigated.
