摘    要:电控直列泵─管─阀─嘴(PPVI)柴油喷射系统是一种新型的电磁阀溢流控制式直列泵喷油系统,通过分析该系统内部的压力波动过程,确定电磁控制阀在高压油路中的连接方式和最佳位置,揭示该系统的喷油量、喷油定时、喷油压力及喷油速率等方面的喷射特性,通过系统结构设计、硬件调整和软件标定解决多缸机系统的油量均匀性问题,进行电控柴油机的台架试验,表明喷射特性的可控性及其对整机综合性能的改善效果。

Abstract:The electronic in u line pump - pipevalve - injector diesel injection system is a new solenoid controlled in-line pump system. Compared with the conventional system, the system configuration has been changed. The injection control mechanism and injection characteristics are different. To investigate the characteristics of the hydraulic processes. the physical and mathematical model of the electronic injection system are established. The pressure characteristics of the injection system within the injection process are analyzed and the conjunction and position of the solenoid colltrolled bypass valve are optimized. The overall construction design and experimental matching of the fuel injection system are carried out. Several injection control characteristics, such as the fuel quantity, timing, injection pressure and injection rate, are revealed. The consistence of injection quantity for multi-cylinder is improved by reasonable design of system construction, hardware adjustment and software calibration. A YC6lO8 diesel engine equipped with the new electronic fuel injection system has run well over loo hours on test bed- The performance of the engine is improved through the effective control of the injection characteristics.
