| 摘 要： | 站在施工企业的角度，介绍了施工索赔的概念，总结了施工索赔原因及索赔项目种类，阐述了施工索赔程序并就索赔管理提出了意见，最后结合自己的工程实际经验提出了索赔中应注意的几个问题，以完善施工索赔工作。
