摘    要:介绍了叠层薄膜电容器的生产工艺.以切割工序中直条母料切片机为例,讨论了提高切割精度的关键技术.通过保证母料送料精度和锯片切割精度,提高了切割精度.通过采用PPS润滑膜和对锯缝的合理设计,提高了切割端面质量.经过实际生产验证,达到了预期的目的.

Abstract:Introduce technology of precise cutting for stacked film capacitor.Take cutting machine of straight master batch for example,discuss the key technology of improve cutting precision.The cutting precision has been improved through assuring feed precision of master batch and cutting precision of saw.The quality of cutting section has been improved through using PPS lubricating-film and appropriate design of saw space.It is approved that the machine can meet the requirement of stacked film capacitor production.
