SF_6电气设备塑袋包扎检漏方法误差分析及检漏仪的现场校验

摘    要:工厂内及安装现场检查SF_6组合电气设备气体密封性能一般采用塑袋局部封装包扎检漏方法,影响该检漏方法结果的因素较多,环境温度、气压、包扎塑袋体积测估以及检测仪器的误差等均会影响检测结果,按文中讨论的方法加以注意和控制,可将检漏检验误差控制在±50%以内。

Abstract:For inspection of SF_6 leakage at factory and installation spot,the general method is local packaging with plastic bags for GIS.There're many factors that can affect the result of this method,for example, environmental temperature,atmosphere pressure,volume of plastic bags estimating and the detector's error etc. But if the inspector paid attention to the problems and controlled according to the method of this essay,then the error of the leakage inspection can be controlled within±50%or less.
