基于SolidWorks的大型锻压机上横梁建模与应力分析

摘    要:大型锻压机上横梁结构复杂,为使其强度、刚度满足使用要求,利用SolidWorks软件建立上横梁模型,并在模型建成后应用SolidWorks中嵌入的COSMOSXpress有限元分析插件,模拟其在工作状态的受力状况对上横梁进行应力分析,使上横梁结构设计更合理和安全可靠。

Abstract:As the structure of the top beam for heavy forging press machine is complex,a model for the top beam is established with SolidWorks software to meet its requirements of intensity and stiffness.After modeling,the finite element analysis software COSMOSXpress embedded in SolidWorks was adopted to simulate the force status of the top beam in the working condition and conduct the stress analysis for the top beam,so as to make structural design of the top beam more reasonable and reliable.
