摘    要:聚合物微珠作为一种新型功能材料,在组合化学、生物分离、药物载体和光学器件等方面有着广泛的应用.不同的应用目的,对高分子聚合物微珠的均匀程度、单分散性和球形度等有不同的要求.然而传统机械搅拌法和悬浮聚合法制备聚合物微珠,在微珠的均匀度上都存在一定的缺陷.运用自主构建的微流控装置,制备了粒径均一、尺寸可控和球形良好的聚合物微珠,并讨论了聚合物溶液相流速、流动相流速和聚合物溶液浓度3个主要因素对液珠粒径的影响.

Abstract:Polymer microbeads,serve as a kind of new functional materials,have wide applications in combinatorial chemistry,bioseparation,drug carriers and photonic device.Different applications of the polymer beads have different requirements for the size,the monodispersion and the degree of sphericility.However,conventional approaches such as mechanical agitation and suspension polymerization have disadvantages in fabricating uniform microbeads.A way to prepare microbeads by self-made microfluidic device is provided.The product prepared by this method are in uniformed size and the degree of sphericility are perfect.Three main influence factors on the size of the microbeads,the concentration of the polymer,the flow-rates of the continuous and discontinuous phases are discussed.
