高比容MLCC关键制作技术研究

摘    要:高比容多层陶瓷电容器MLCC关键制作技术包括亚纳米陶瓷材料分散、薄介质用陶瓷浆料流延、内电极金属浆料丝网印刷、高精度叠层及高温烧结精准的气氛控制技术.通过试验研究发现:亚纳米陶瓷粉体使用PVB体系不同聚合度黏合剂采用砂磨方式进行分散,得到的陶瓷浆料分散均匀稳定.采用R2高精度设备PET载带流延方式可制成1μm左右的陶瓷...

Abstract:High capacitance MLCC key manufacturing techniques include sub-nano ceramic material dispersion,casting by using ceramic slurry for thin dielectric,screen printing by using metal paste for inner electrode,high-precision lamination and accurate atmosphere control technology for high temperature firing.It has been found by experimental study that sub-nano ceramic powder uses PVB system with different degree of polymerization adhesives,and adopts grinding method to disperse in order to get homogeneous and stea...
