正交面齿轮齿面方程及三维建模仿真的研究

摘    要:面齿轮传动是一种圆柱齿轮与圆锥齿轮相啮合的齿轮传动,其传动的原理是渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮和圆锥齿轮相互啮合传动,由于这种特殊的传动关系,因此面齿轮齿面复杂,设计参数多,设计周期长.深入研究了其运动原理,推导了正交面齿轮的齿面方程,同时应用Pro/E 三维软件对其齿面进行建模仿真,提高了面齿轮的设计效率.

Abstract:Face gear drive is a spur gear meshing with the bevel gear of the gear transmission.The principle of the transmission is the involuting spur gear with the bevel gear meshing each other.Because of the particular drive relationship,there are the complexity of face gear tooth surface,the more design parameters and the long design cycles.To improve the design efficiency of the face gear,this paper studies on the principle of its movement,and the orthogonal plane equation of the tooth surface is derived,also its tooth surface is modeled and simulated with the aid of the application of Pro/E three-dimensional software.
