摘    要:复杂光电设备中系统综合布线质量是影响整机可靠性的关键因素之一,系统间连接关系和电气节点间的绝缘强度是对系统综合布线检测的主要项目。常规条件下,通过万用表(蜂鸣器)和绝缘测试仪对系统综合布线进行连通关系和绝缘强度测试,不但耗费大量的人力,而且测试难度大,测试周期较长。以CH+测试仪为基础,设计一款系统综合布线测试平台,通过编程和自动学习功能完成电缆和线束的自动测试。
