稀土对6063铝合金导电、导热性能的影响

摘    要:在实验基础上研究了稀土对6063铝合金导电、导热性能的影响及作用机理。实验研究表明,稀土可改善6063铝合金导电、导热性能,同时,还对镁,硅含量及热处理工艺对6063铝合金性能的影响做了分析和研究。

Abstract:The effects of rare earth on the electric and heat conductivity of 6063 alaminun alloy were studied based on experiment,and the mechanism of rare earth was analysed.The results show that rare earth can improve the electric and heat conductivity of 6063 aluminum alloy.The effects of the the contents of Mg and Si in 6063 aluminum alloy and heat treating process on the characteristics are also analysed.
