复杂液氮洗装置的工艺模拟与改造研究

摘    要:某厂液氮洗装置工艺复杂,能量集成度较高,本文应用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件对该装置设计工况进行模拟,并对热力学模型进行对比和评价,认为RK-ASPEN热力学模型能够准确表述其热力学行为;其次通过模拟原料气条件变化,而且无弛放气来源的情况,提出了合理可行的改造方案.

Abstract:A complex liquid-nitrogen wash unit was characterized by complex technology and integrated energy system. In this paper, the designed process conditions of the unit were simulated by Aspen Plus process simulation software. The RK-ASPEN thermodynamic model can exactly describe the thermodynamic model of this unit. A feasible and reasonable revamp scheme is proposed based on this kind of model which focuses on feed gas condition changes with no purge gas.
