摘    要:冷弯性能是热轧中薄板带材的重要指标之一,冷弯试验是标准规定的必检项目,但在实际生产中经常出现冷弯不合格现象。分析证实导致冷弯不合格的主要因素是钢中存在的两类夹杂物数量较多,经过改进炼钢工艺降低或消除夹杂物,冷弯性能得到显著改善。

Abstract:The cold bending property is one of the important targets for the hot rolled strip, the cold bending test is required inspection item stipulated in the standards. But the unqualified phenomena of the cold bending in the actual manufacturing often appears, through the analysis, it is approved that the main factor to cause the unqualified cold bending is two kinds of large quantity the inclusion in the steel, with the improvement of steel melting process, the inclusions can be reduced or eliminated, so that the property has been obviously improved.
