碳热炼锶的热力学研究及经济性和环保性分析

摘    要:采用热力学方法计算并分析了真空碳热炼锶的反应自由能和临界还原温度,同时分析了碳热炼锶的经济性和环保性。结果表明,在标准状态下,碳热炼锶温度需高达2279K;真空工艺可显著降低反应临界温度,真空度为10Pa时,1462K以上碳热炼锶反应即可进行;碳热炼锶的还原剂成本仅为铝热法的1/34.1、硅热法的1/14.6,同时,碳热法的锶资源利用率更高、产生的渣量更少。

Abstract:The Gibbs free energy and critical reduction temperature of vacuum carbothermic reduction producing metallic strontium were calculated and analyzed by thermodynamics method.The economical and environmental efficiency were analyzed.The results show that the critical reduction temperature of the reactions is up to 2279K at stan-dard state and can be lower obviously at vaccum state,when system pressure is 10Pa,the reduction temperature is only 1462K.Reducing agent cost of carbothermic reduction producing metallic strontium is only 1/34.1 of aluminothermic reduction and 1/14.6 of silicothermic reduction,meanwhile,resource utilization rate is higher and the slag produced is less.
