蓄冷空调采用相变材料作为蓄冷介质的特性研究

摘    要:采用高温相变材料作为蓄冷介质的蓄冷空调成为蓄冷系统的研究热点之一。针对一种新型相变材料灌注的蓄冷球,采用ANSYS软件模拟相变材料在球内的融化过程,得到了在不同工况下蓄冷球内相界面随时间的变化以及蓄冷球内温度场随时间的分布特性,为进一步优化蓄冷系统提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Cool storage air-condition using the high temperature phase change materials as the cool storage medium becomes one of the hot topics of the cool storage system. For a cool storage ball poured by a new phase change materials, this paper imitates the melting process of phase change materials in the ball by using ANSYS software, gets the change of phase interface over time in different conditions and the distribution characteristics of cool storage temperature field over time in cold storage ball. The result provides theoretical basis for optimizing the cool storage system.
