摘    要:在虚拟仪器开发软件Labview环境下,构建了新型高速摆动电弧传感的自动焊缝偏差识别系统。描述了基于Labview的焊接电信号的采集,对原始电流信号进行低通滤波处理,并采用极限区域积分差值法提取左右偏差信号,通过visa接口实现了Labview对可编程伺服驱动器的控制,给出了偏差识别系统软件的设计方法及控制流程,并进行了试验研究。结果表明该方法是可行的,跟踪精度能满足应用需要。

Abstract:With Labview virtual instrument software development environment, we build automatic welding deviation identification systems with new high-speed swing arc sensor. This system describes the acquisition of welding electrical signal based on Labview, and the use of low pass filter for signal processing. Limit regional integration difference method is used to extract the error signal, through Labview interface visa to control the programmable servo drive, and the paper gives the entire software design methods and control processes of error recognition system. Experimental study is carried out. The results show that the method is feasible, and the tracking accuracy can meet the application needs.
