摘    要:在分析双馈电机调速原理的基础上,提出了一种双馈电机斩波与双馈调速的控制策略和一种将整流器、斩波器与逆变器功能结合在一起的多功能变流器的电路拓朴结构,推导出基于Intel 8XC196MC单片机控制的双馈电机斩波与双馈调速控制算法,研究了SPWM逆变器输出初值设定方法、双馈电机运行模式的转换与控制技术,研制出了一套绕线转子感应电机斩波与双馈调速实验系统。实验结果表明,该方案切实可行并适用于无刷双馈电机的控制。

Abstract:In this paper, a chopping and doubly-fed adjusting speed control strategy is pro-posed based on the adjusting speed principle of the doubly-fed machine. The circuit topology structure of a multi-functional converter, which integrates rectifier, chopper and inverter, is put forward. The control algorithm of chopping and doubly-fed adjusting speed based on the Intel 8XC196MC single-chip-computer is derived. The output initialization method of SPWM inverter and operation mode switching and control technique of the doubly-fed machine are studied. An experimental chopping and doubly-fed adjustable speed system of the wound rotor indue tion machine has been built. The experimental results show that the proposed scheme is feasible and practicable, and can also be used for doubly-fed brushless machine.
