开关电源传导EMI预测方法研究

摘    要:针对开关电源设计阶段应考虑的EMC问题,介绍了PCB及其结构寄生参数提取和频域仿真的方法,在开关电源设计阶段对其传导EMI进行预测,定位开关电源传导EMI传播路径的影响因素,在此基础上给出开关电源PCB及其结构设计的基本原则.对开关电源EMI预测过程中需要注意的问题以及降低开关电源传导EMI的方法策略进行了分析和总结.

Abstract:According to the EMC issues which should be considered in design stage of switched mode power supply,to predict the conducted EMI in design stage,locate the influences in the propagation of SMPS,methods of frequency simulation and parasitic extraction of PCB and SMPS structures as well as design principles of PCB and structures of SMPS were introduced.The problems in the prediction process must be pad attention to and the strategies used to reduce the conducted EMI of SMPS were analyzed and summarized.
