| 摘 要： | 对虚拟装配技术的研究状况进行了全面的综述和分析。根据实现功能和目的不同,将虚拟装配分为四类。从虚拟装配环境、虚拟装配关键技术及虚拟装配应用系统三个方面,对虚拟装配技术的研究内容进行了分析和综述。探讨了传统虚拟装配环境的优势与不足,研究了二种新型的虚拟装配环境。总结了虚拟装配中各关键技术的研究和应用概况,重点分析了其中的装配建模、约束定位、工艺规划三种技术。介绍了四种典型的虚拟装配应用系统。最后,最后指出了目前系统开发和应用方面存在的主要问题和不足。
