| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种LED点阵感光屏的感光原理及其系统实现.通过C8051F020单片机及LED点阵模块构成的点阵感光屏,利用LED PN结的光导效应,展示了LED作为低价、稳定的光电检测器件的强大功能.
