| 摘 要： | 催化脱蜡-稳定-蒸馏联合法是国内生产优质润滑油基础油较理想的工艺,该工艺采用国产3792和3902催化剂加工加氢裂化尾油得到的基础油,低温流动性好,凝点低,帖度指数高,杂质含量少,添加剂感受性好,1989年调配的SG/CD级多级内燃机油已取得API生产证书。该工艺1994年已取得国家专利。

| Abstract: | The integrated process of lube oil catalytic dewaxing-stabilization-distillation is an ideal process for the production of high quality lubricant base oils in China. The lubricant base oils obtained from hydrodewaxing of hydrocracker unconverted oils by using catalysts 3792 and 3902 are characterized by good fluidity at low temperature, low freezing point, high viscosity index, low impurity content and superi-or susceptibility to additives. The API production certificate has been authorized to the production of the SG/CD grade multigrade intemal-combustion-engine oils blended in 1989. This process has achieved the Chinese patent right in 1994. |
