摘    要:根据塑料电磁动态塑化挤出过程中熔体输送的实际情况,对三维模型进行简化,利用大型有限元软件ANSYS模拟了叠加轴向振动力场作用下聚合物熔体在螺槽中的流动情况,求解出周期性变化的速度,压力场分布,结果表明,与稳态挤出过程相比,振动力场的引入在进出口压力差恒定的情况下,可以提高熔全输送流率。采用有限元模拟方法可以为确定和优化工艺参数,产品质量控制提供指导。

Abstract:According to the actual situation of melt conveying in the electromagnetic dynamic plasticating extruder for plastics,the 3D model of flow field in the screw channel was simplified By using ANSYS,the complicated flow of non Newtonian melt under the axial vibration force field was simulated,and periodic velocity and pressure profiles were given The simulation results showed that compared with the simulation results of melt conveying in single screw extruder without vibration force field,the introduction of vibration into the melt conveying process could increase the mass flow,with the same steady rotary speed of screw and pressure condition at the inlet and the outlet of flow channel The application of finite element method could be a guide for the determination and optimization of technology and the control of product quality.
