摘    要:有机化合物分子对红外光吸收频率和振动强度决定于功能团化学键的力常数,力常数与分子中电子分布有关。重点讨论了共轭效应,共振效应,诱导效应对功能能团吸收频率的影响,并利用吸收频率数据比较有机物的某些性质,如羰基化合物的亲核取代反应,芳香烃的亲电取代反应,某些酸的酸性强弱,有机物的异构现象。

Abstract:The infra-red absorption frequency and the vibration strength of an organic molecule depend on the force constant of its specific chemical bond,while the force constant concerns the way in which the electrons are distributed in the molecule.The influence of the resonance effect,the conjugative effect,and the inductive effect on the absorption frequency of the characteristic chemical bonds have been discussed mainly in this paper.The properties of some organic molecules have been compared by using the absorption frequency data,such as the nucleophilic substitution of the carbony moleculars,the electrophilic substitution of the aromatic hyctrocarbon,the strength of some organic acids,the isomerism of organic molecule.
