轿车车门闭合力测试系统研究

Research on Closing Force Test System for Car Door

With the continuous development of automobile technology,the performance of the car is also increasing,the difficulty of opening and closing the door to become an important measure of the quality of one of the criteria. The door closing force test system can provide a reference for evaluating the door closing force,which can provide reference for the further evaluation of the door performance and the finite element theory analysis and experiment of the door and seal structure. In this paper,the test method of door closing force is studied,and the door closing force test system is designed,which is very important for the analysis of door structure,door sealing and interior noise. The simulation and experiment results show that the system has the advantages of simple structure,convenient use and high test precision, which can provide important help for improving the door closing performance test.
