摘    要:以有机硅烷为原料合成一类新型有机硅化合物Bath-n(n=1~4),利用物理掺杂的方式合成复合材料MCM-41/Bath-n(n=1~4).在分析有机硅化合物Bath-n(n=1~4)的光物理性质的基础上,对复合材料MCM-41/Bath-n(n=1~4)的小角X射线衍射和氮气吸脱附性能进行了分析.实验研究表明复合材料MCM-41/Bath-n(n=1~4)中,随着有机硅化合物的加入,介孔分子筛MCM-41主衍射峰(100)宽度变宽,且孔道的整齐度降低,晶粒尺寸变小.复合材料MCM-41/Bath-n(n=1~4)的吸附等温线为IV型等温线,随着复合材料中有机硅基团连接苯基数量的增加,样品的孔体积逐步减小.

Abstract:With organosilane as the raw material,Bath-n( n =1~4) was synthesized,and MCM-41/Bath-n( n =1~4) was synthesized by physical doping. The photophysical properties and small angle X-ray diffraction (SXRD) and nitro-gen adsorption-desorption performance were fully characterized. It was found that with the addition of organosilicon compounds,the (100) main diffraction peak of composite MCM-41/Bath-n( n =1~4) broadened,the regularity of the pores decrease and the grain size becomes smaller. The adsorption isotherms of the composite MCM-41/Bath-n( n=1~4) are Ⅳ type isotherms,where the pore volume decreases with the increase of the number of phenyl groups in the or-ganosilicon groups in the composites .
