固载杂多酸催化丁烯-1与乙酸合成乙酸丁酯

摘    要:以经酸预处理煤质活性炭为载体 ,用回流法固载 1 2 -钨磷酸制备成固载杂多酸催化剂。用制备的固载杂多酸催化剂催化丁烯 -1、乙酸合成乙酸丁酯。对催化剂固载量 ,催化剂用量 ,催化剂活化温度 ,酸与丁烯 -1比 ,反应时间 ,反应温度等因素进行了较详细的考察。在反应温度 1 2 0℃ ,压力 1 .5MPa ,乙酸 1 6g ,丁烯 1 0 0mL ,催化剂 2 .5g(催化剂固载量 2 8.7% )的条件下 ,反应 7h ,乙酸转化率为 85.8%。气相色谱分析结果表明 ,酯化选择性接近 1 0 0 %。该固载杂多酸催化剂对丁烯 -1、乙酸为原料合成乙酸丁酯的反应有良好的选择性和催化活性 ,为乙酸丁酯的生产提供了一种新型较好的催化剂

Abstract:The synthesis of butyl acetate by the esterifi cation of butyleneand acetic acid catalyzed by 12-phosphorotungstic acid supported on surface-modified activated carbon was studied. The synthesis conditions incluing reaction time, reaction pr essure, reaction temperature ratio of acid/butylene and ageing time of catalyst ec t were studied in detail. The proper feedstock proportion and the experimental p arameters of the esterify reaction were evaluated. Under acid/butylene ratio 1.0 , acetic acid 16 g, butylene 100 mL, catalyst 2.5 g, pressure 1.5 MPa, temperatu re 120 ℃ and reaction time 7 h, conversion ratio of acetic acid is 85.8%. Exper imental results of gas chromatography indicated that selectivity to butyl acetate is close to 1 00%, the activity and selectivity of catalyst for the esterify reaction is satis factory.
