| 摘 要： | 结合太钢一钢厂平改电工程辅助跨的工程实例，介绍了多层H型钢柱框架结构的安装工艺，钢柱的垂直度、标高控制的原则和调整方法，高强度螺栓连接、现场焊接施工中应注意的问题以及相应的质量控制方法。通过施工前策划，合理划分施工单元，形成有节奏连续均衡的流水施工作业，保证多层H型钢柱框架结构的顺利安装。

| Abstract: | Combined with the engineering of Taiyuan Iron and Steel Group Corporation the installation technology of multi layer H section steel mast frame structure is introduced. Some problems needing attention in construction and corresponding quality controlling methods for verticality of steel mast, the principle and adjust method of elevation control, the connection of high strength screw bolt and spot welding are introduced. Through the preparation, rational assignment and continuous construction the successful installation of this frame structure is ensured. |
