| Abstract: | The transfer and utilization of energy in converter process were researched on the basis of first and second thermodynamic law. Aiming at the problem that influencing negative steel-making, a series of technology innovations and management innovations were put forward to ensure saving energy and reducing consumption, finally realizing the whole process negative energy steel- making. |
