苯酚烷基化合成对叔丁基和2,4-二叔丁基苯酚新型催化剂的研究

摘    要:首次在三相条件下,在沸石催化剂上研究了异丁烯与苯酚烷基化合成对叔了基苯酚(p-TBP)和2,4-二叔丁基苯酚(2,4-DTBP)。结果表明,改性的沸石催化剂具有很好的活性和选择性。通过控制反应条件和催化剂的改性方法,可以得到不同量的对叔了基苯酚和2,4-二叔了基苯酚。以甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)作烷基化试剂比异丁烯时对2,4-DTBP的选择性高。用NH3-TPD和IR方法研究了催化剂的酸性质,讨论了催化活性与酸性质的关系。

Abstract:In the paper, the alkylation of iso-butene with phenol to p-tert-butylphenol and 2, 4-di-tertbutylphenol catalysed by zeolite catalysts was studied for the first time under three-phase conditions. The results indicate that modified zeolite catalysts have good activity and high selectivity.Various amounts of p-tert-butylphenol and 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol were produced by controlling reaction conditions and modification methods.Methyl-tert-butyl ether (MTBE)as an alkylation reagent has higher selectivity for 2, 4-ditert-butylphenol than iso-butene. In addition,catalysts acidity was investigated by NH3-TPD and IR methods. The relationship between catalytic activity and acidity was discussed.
