焦炉集气管压力Fuzzy-PID控制与仿真

摘    要:焦炉集气管压力控制系统是一个具有多耦合、强干扰、时变和非线性特点的系统,传统的PID控制很难达到理想的控制效果。针对这种情况,本文采用基于Fuzzy-PID分级复合型控制的智能控制方案对其进行控制。并利用MATLAB中的Simunnk和Fuzzy工具箱,对其进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,该方法有效提高了系统的稳定性和快速性以及抗干扰性。

Abstract:Because the system for gas collector pressure of coke ovens is a system of having traditional PID control for gas collector pressure of coke ovens is not ideal up to now.Facing this situation,an intelligent control system,which is based on Fuzzy-PID classification compound control,is used to control gas collector pressure of coke ovens.The simulation for the method is given by using Matlab.The simulation result shows that the method can effectively improve the stability,quickness and anti-disturbing of the system.
