| 摘 要： | 目前高校图书馆文献的采购工作采用多家文献供应商同时进行供应的模式，要使多家文献供应商组合效率最大化就必须选择合理的供应商组合。基于文献供应商的综合素质因素，提出首轮定性选择，次轮定量选择，开发出评选最优文献供应商组合的理论方法。

| Abstract: | Currently documents in university library are provided by various suppliers simultaneously. To maximize the efficiency of combining these suppliers,we are bound to make optimal choices. Based on the overall quality of suppliers, we will analyze suppliers qualitatively on the first round, and quantitatively on the second, and in this way find out the theoretical methods to select the best combination of document suppliers. |
