| Abstract: | To realize the concept of people-orientation in the process of teaching management, it is necessary to establish and improve a flexible teaching management system based on people-orientation,carry out a highly-skilled talent cultivation program based on student-orientation and reinforce the people-oriented construction of the teaching staff so as to stimulate the positive energy in the education and teaching reform on the part of both teachers and students and improve the talent cultivation on the whole. |
