基于PLC的掘进机电控系统设计

摘    要:针对传统的掘进机电控系统存在可靠性低、故障率高的问题,设计了一种基于PLC的掘进机电控系统;给出了该系统总体结构,详细介绍了该系统硬件、软件设计及其远程控制的实现。实际应用表明,该系统运行稳定、可靠,保护功能齐全,满足掘进机工作要求。

Design of electrical control system of roadheader based on PLC
Abstract:In view of problems of low reliability and high fault rate in traditional electrical control system of roadheader,an electrical control system of roadheader based on PLC was designed.General structure of the system was given,design of hardware and software and implementation of remote control of the system were introduced in details.The actual application shows that the system has stable and reliable running and complete protection functions,which meets working requirements of roadheader.
