摘    要:针对目前绞车闸瓦的保护设备存在可靠性和实时性较差的问题,设计了一种基于AT89C52的矿用绞车闸瓦综合保护系统,详细介绍了系统硬件和软件的设计。该系统利用传感器采集闸瓦间隙、闸瓦贴闸压力、闸瓦油压和温度等信号,并将采集的信号送至单片机处理,与设置值进行比较,如正常就显示检测到的数据,否则报警,实现了对闸瓦的实时监测和综合保护。

Comprehensive protection system of brake shoe of mine-used winch based on AT89C52
Abstract:In view of problem of bad reliability and poor real-time performance existed in brake shoe protection equipment of winch,a kind of comprehensive protection system of brake shoe of mine-used winch based on AT89C52 was designed,design of hardware and software of the system was introduced in details.The system uses sensors to collect signals of clearance of brake shoe,stick brake pressure of brake shoe,oil pressure and temperature,and sends the signals to single-chip microcomputer to process and be compared with set values.If the signal is normal,it will display detected data,if not alarm.The system realizes real-time monitoring and comprehensive protection for the brake shoe.
