| 摘 要： | 文章系统介绍了中国石油吉林石化公司"十一五"期间科技创新、推进企业技术进步过程中抓的四个方面的工作,即以重大技术攻关为抓手,提升科技引领能力;以成套技术开发为牵引,提升科技支撑发展能力;以解决瓶颈问题为重点,提升科技服务生产的能力和以"三个平台"为载体,提升科技整体创新能力;并细说了每个方面工作所取得的成就。据文章介绍,"十一五"期间,吉林石化公司按照集团公司总体部署,加大技术开发力度,共开展了123个科研项目,取得了一批优秀成果,其中,获得国家级、省部级奖励36项;申请专利198项,授权87项;完成了ABS等11个具有自主知识产权的成套技术开发;实现了丁苯橡胶等16项开发成果的产业化,累计创效18亿元。
