热采锅炉水质除氧技术研究

摘    要:对生产中解吸除氧、热力除氧、过滤除氧和化学除氧过程进行了对比和优化,研制出适合注汽锅炉的新型除氧剂-NNC除氧剂,找出了适合热采锅炉水质除氧的最佳工艺,避免了因氧腐蚀发生锅炉爆管事故,解决了生产难题。

Abstract:We have contrasted and optimized such deoxidization as desorbed deoxidization,heating power deoxidization,filtered deoxidization and chemical deoxidization in the production procedure and found out the optimum techniques which conform to water quality deoxidization(or deaeration)of the thermal boilers.As a result,we have solved the difficult problems in the production and succeeded in avoiding the explosion of boiler pipes corroded by oxygen.
