| 摘 要： | 针对住宅楼面裂缝的危害，从设计、材料、施工等方面分析了住宅楼面裂缝的原因，并针对性地提出了住宅楼面裂缝的控制措施，提出了裂缝的弥补处理方法，从而解决现浇钢筋混凝土楼面板的裂缝问题，确保工程质量。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the harmfulness of the cracks on the surface of residential buildings,the paper,from the design,the materials and construction,analyzes the reasons for the cracks on the surface of residential buildings,and points out some control measures for the cracks,indicates the maintenance methods for the cracks,so as to solve the crack problem on the surface of the cast-in-site concrete buildings and to guarantee the construction quality. |
