| 老年人大肠息肉的内镜和病理特点及随访 |

| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年人大肠息肉内镜和病理特点及复发情况。方法对我院1999年至2006年间电子结肠镜检出的119例老年人息肉,均送病理,高频电切后随访1～7年。结果腺瘤81例(68.06%),多发性腺瘤64例(53.8%),10例恶变(8.4%),78例腺瘤复(再)发37例(47.4%),2例在随访中恶变。结论老年人大肠息肉中腺瘤性息肉患病率高,恶变率高。电切后复查以1年为宜。
