汽车燃油泵性能真空度法测试系统

摘    要:针对燃油泵输油性能传统测试方法的弊端,研究出一种新的检测方法-汽车燃油泵真空度法,即利用负压传感器可测量出燃油泵在非液体(气体)工作下的真空度,并运用计算机技术、电子技术,对连续检测过程的多种操作自动进行数据采样、传输存储、处理加工、动态显示等智能控制,无须人工干预,实现了燃油泵生产线的智能装配检测。

Abstract:According to the traditional testing method drawback of the fuel inlet performance on automobile fuel pump.A new method was researched which is automobile fuel pump vacuum technique.The new method utilized the air pressure sensor,which could measure the vacuum when the fuel pump worked in the air.Combined with computer technology,electronics,and the intelligent control such as data sampling,transferring storage,machining management dynamic display can be automatically done on many operations in the process of sequential detecting with no need of human intervening.Therefore,we could control the testing procedure intelligently.
