摘    要:本文采用上限元法通过对模锻过程的模拟和研究提出了依据金属塑性成形理论设计最佳锻模参数的方法。解决了锻模设计必须多次试验和不能进行最优化设计的问题,减小了锻造力,提高了材料利用率.实验室验证和生产验证表明了理论结果的正确性和锻模优化设计方法的可行性、优越性和良好的应用前景。

Abstract:The method to design best forging die parameters according to the theory of metal plastic forming are presented by simulating and studing die forging process by using UBET.The problems that one must test many times to des- ign a forging die and the optimum design can not be done are solved and the forging force is decreased,the material utilization ratio is increased.The validity of theoretical results,the feasibility,the advantages and good app- lication prospects of the optimum design method of forging die are showed by both laboratory and factory.
