| 摘 要： | 介绍了韶钢第三炼钢厂宽板坯连铸机漏钢预报系统的原理和应用情况,并通过实践应用,对漏刚预报系统的关键设备结晶器进行改造和对漏钢预报系统进行了参数优化,使DANIELI公司开发的结晶器漏钢预报系统技术在韶钢宽板坯连铸机上得到了进一步完善,极大减少了漏钢事故的发生,取得了显著的经济效益.

| Abstract: | This article introduces the principle and practice of BPS system for wide slab caster in the No.3 steelmaking of Shaoguan steel. In the course of application and practice,the key equipment of the system-mold has been restructured and parameter optimization has been done to the system. Therefore,the technology of mold BPS system for wide slab caster,which was created and developed by DANIELI,has been improved further.This helps Shaoguan steel to reduce the occurrences of breakout accidents and gain enormous economic benefits. |
