摘    要:以水为溶剂,30%的过氧化氢为引发剂,硫酸铁铵为催化剂,直接合成了水解聚马来酸酐。该方法具有反应时间短、操作简单、成本低、绿色无污染;所用催化剂及引发剂价兼易得、用量少、活性高。实验结果表明,产品对CaCO3和Ca3(PO4)2的阻垢效果好,可用作工业循环冷却水的阻垢剂。

Abstract:Hydrolyzed polymaleic anhydride was synthesized using iron ammonium sulfate as catalyst and hydrogen peroxide as initiator in aqueous media. This method provides several advantages such as short reaction time, simple procedure, lower cost and environment-friendly. The catalyst and initiator are low priced easy to obtain, highly active and lower consumption. The experimental results show that the products are good for scale inhibition of CaCO_3 and Ca_3(PO_4)_2 in cooling water of industrial cycle.
