正方晶格光子晶体第一带隙特性研究

摘    要:由于光子晶体的禁带特性具有重要的应用,基于电磁波传输理论,应用MATLAB数值仿真二维正方晶格光子晶体TE模第一带隙特性,数值计算了介电常数变化、填充率变化对第一带隙宽度及形成带隙个数的影响,结果得到随着介电常数的增加第一带隙宽度增加,随着填充率的增加,第一带隙宽度逐渐减小。研究结论为光子晶体器件的制作提供参考。

Abstract:Because the bandgap properties of photonic crystals has important applications, based on the electro-magnetic wave transmission theory, the application of MATLAB numerical simulation of two-dimensional square lat-tice photonic crystal TE first gap characteristics, numerical calculation of dielectric constant changes, filling rate of the first gap width and the influence of the number of band gap formation, the resulting increase with the increase of dielectric constant of the first gap width, with the increase of filling rate, the first gap width decreases. The research conclusions provide a reference for production of photonic crystal devices.
