无铅釉上丝网印色料的研究

摘    要:以R2O—B2O3-SiO2系为主进行了釉上丝网印色料无铅助熔剂的实验。通过添加适量的ZnO.Al2O3.ZrO2,LiF等使熔剂达到应用要求,并研制成功4种无铅釉上丝网印色料。经测试.该色料的各项指标均符合QB583—81标准要求,铅镉溶出量全部为0.0mg/dm2。

Abstract:Experiments on Lead-free flux in R2O-B2O3-SiO2 system for over-glaze silk screen printing colours were made. The flux was come up to application requirement by way of adding assistants as ZnO,al2O3,ZrO2. LiF etc. and four kinds of lead-free ovet-glaze silk-screen printing colour were prepared. Measurement confirmed that all indexes of these colours accord with standard QB583-81 and lead or cadmium release is 0. 0 mg/dm2.
