| Abstract: | At present, the rate of scientific achievement transformation in universities in our country is generally low. This article mainly analyzes the influencing factors in the scientific achievement transformation, such as the management system for science and technology, the viewpoints of scientific researchers, policy and investment mechanism etc.. The countenures for promoting transformation of scientific achievements are proposed accordingly. |
